About Men’s Health Osteopathy

A Specialist Focus on Men’s Health
Men’s Health Osteopathy is in the UK, based in London. Men’s health osteopathy is a health education, training and research organisation dedicated to the advancement of the osteopathic profession. Men’s health osteopathy is focused on integrating osteopaths in the health care system.
Daniel Brogan is the founder of the Men’s health osteopathy project. Daniel works at the Portland Hospital within the HCA Healthcare UK system, providing treatments for patients experiencing complex urological symptoms.
Daniel researched extensively before managing to create the first Men’s Health Osteopathy post-graduate course.
The first conference of Men’s health osteopathy was a real success. Daniel and Professor Frank Willard shared a beautiful weekend talking about mens health issues and how osteopathy can help. Special thanks go to the Molinari Institute of Health for believing in the project. Since then, Men’s health osteopathy is being taught around Europe, aiming to allow osteopaths to expand their skills and open new opportunities for osteopaths within the healthcare system.

Why Practitioners Seek Daniel Brogan
Osteopaths and organisations seek Daniel Brogan for his specialist focus on men’s health and his commitment to advancing understanding in an area that is often underrepresented in clinical education. His work brings together osteopathic principles, practical clinical insight and a broader multidisciplinary view of complex presentations such as male pelvic pain, prostatitis-like symptoms, urinary dysfunction, erectile difficulties, post-surgical rehabilitation and fertility-related concerns. He is known for taking these subjects seriously, looking beyond symptom labels alone, and helping practitioners develop a more thoughtful, integrated and clinically useful approach to men’s health.

Clinical and Educational Vision

The Aim
The aim is simple. To advance understanding of male pelvic and urological health within the osteopathic profession, while providing a specialist clinical framework grounded in whole-person, evidence-informed care. Men’s Health Osteopathy exists to help practitioners develop greater confidence, deeper clinical reasoning and a broader perspective on this important area of practice.
How We Work
Our approach is based on the principle that symptoms and clinical presentations rarely exist in isolation. Male pelvic and urological issues may be influenced by posture, movement, breathing mechanics, pelvic floor function, nervous system regulation, inflammation, stress and wider systemic health. By looking at the whole picture, Men’s Health Osteopathy supports a more integrated and clinically useful understanding of men’s health in practice.
Professional Education
Men’s Health Osteopathy provides postgraduate training designed to equip osteopaths with advanced clinical reasoning and practical skills in men’s health. The programme brings together osteopathic philosophy with multidisciplinary expertise in urology, andrology, endocrinology, physiotherapy, nutrition and psychosexual health, helping practitioners expand both their knowledge and their clinical capability in this specialist field.
